Floor Repair Service

Issue Identified:
The customer reported water leakage from the ceiling in the lobby area.

Solution Approach:
Our team sent technicians to inspect the area and found that the leakage was caused by the flooring above. Upon further inspection of the upper floor, it was discovered that the raised floor was built with a steel structure, and air conditioning ducts obstructed access for repairs.

To resolve the issue, we proposed the following steps:

1. Remove the steel-structured raised floor and reposition the air ducts.
2. Repair the floor by leveling and applying a waterproofing solution.
3. Conduct a water test for 1 day to ensure no further leakage.
4. Once confirmed, reinstall the air ducts and restore the steel-structured raised floor to its original condition.
