For air conditioning repair, our team of technicians can perform the service on the next day, starting from the day the customer books the service before 3:00 PM. The technicians will come prepared with approximately 80% of the required repair equipment to ensure that repairs can be carried out promptly.

Normally, for air conditioning cleaning, we use high-pressure water jet machines, which are sufficient for effectively cleaning the air conditioners without the need for additional cleaning agents. However, if customers prefer to use cleaning agents for their air conditioning units, we also provide that service. 

The time used to clean different types of AC vary based on the size, the AC’s performance, and the complication of cleaning and inspecting the cooling system. 
Wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted AC: Approximately 30-60 minutes per unit.
AHU (Air Handling Unit), Four-Way Cassette Air Conditioners, and Concealed Ceiling Air Conditioners usually take approximately 60 minutes or more for cleaning. The time required depends on the size of the AHU and the complexity of each type of air conditioning system.

Generally, it is recommended to clean the air conditioner at least 1-2 times per year to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. However, the frequency may vary depending on various factors such as weather conditions, environment, usage, and the model and brand of the AC.
- For apartments and offices, it should be at least 1-2 times/year. However, if the AC is used 24/7, it should be cleaned 2-3 times a year and inspect the AC condition to avoid unexpected failures.
- For restaurants or places with high humidity, the AC should be cleaned more often, at least every 3-4 months, due to the accumulation of dust and cooking fumes. 
- For Hospitals, schools, or educational institutions should clean the AC 2-3 times/year due to high AC usage and large number of people.
